01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Viksit Analyst ("Viksit Analyst", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of viksitanalyst.com and any associated subscription services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing this website, creating a subscription, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

02Educational Purpose & No Investment Advice

Viksit Analyst provides access to research-driven, rules-based quantitative trading strategies and related automated execution infrastructure. All content on this website — including strategy descriptions, historical performance figures, Mission Control status information, and reports — is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on this Platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security, derivative, or financial instrument. Viksit Analyst is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst, and no part of this Platform should be construed as personalized financial advice tailored to your individual circumstances. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any strategy is suitable for your financial situation, and you should consult a qualified, independent financial advisor before making investment decisions.

03Risk Disclosure

• No guarantee of returns. Historical and backtested performance figures shown on this website (including win rates, drawdowns, and profit factors) reflect past or simulated conditions and are not, and should not be treated as, an indication or guarantee of future performance.
• Automated execution risk. Automated systems can be affected by internet connectivity issues, broker API downtime, exchange outages, latency, slippage, and unforeseen software behavior, any of which may result in trades not being executed as intended.
• Market risk. Prices of securities and derivatives are influenced by factors outside our control, including volatility, liquidity, macroeconomic events, and regulatory changes.
• Leverage and derivatives risk. Strategies involving derivatives or intraday leverage can amplify both gains and losses.
• Capital adequacy. The recommended trading capital referenced on this Platform is a general guideline for position sizing and risk management, not a promise of outcomes at that capital level or any other.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and that you are trading at your own discretion and risk. Viksit Analyst, its founders, employees, and affiliates accept no responsibility for trading losses incurred while using the Platform.

04Subscription Terms

Access to automated execution and related features requires an active paid subscription, consisting of a one-time onboarding fee and a recurring monthly subscription fee, as displayed on the Pricing section of this website at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Razorpay's authorized subscription mandate, until cancelled by you or terminated by us in accordance with these Terms.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing prospectively, with reasonable advance notice to active subscribers. Changes will not apply retroactively to a billing cycle already paid for.
• A subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for your own trading activity. It does not transfer ownership of any strategy, model, or underlying intellectual property.

05Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@viksitanalyst.com. Cancellation will stop future recurring billing from the next billing cycle onward; access to automated execution and related features continues until the end of the billing period already paid for. Cancellation requests do not automatically entitle you to a refund of the current period — refund eligibility is governed separately by our Refund Policy.

06Eligibility & Broker Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to subscribe to the Platform. To use automated execution, you must hold and connect your own account with a supported broker (currently Upstox, with Zerodha integration in development). You are solely responsible for maintaining sufficient margin, complying with your broker's terms, and ensuring your broker connection remains active and authorized. Viksit Analyst does not hold, custody, or have direct access to your trading funds at any point.

07User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when subscribing or contacting us;
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account access and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use;
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable Indian securities and exchange regulations;
• Independently monitor your broker account, margin requirements, and trading activity, notwithstanding the availability of automated execution;
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute any strategy logic, reports, or platform content without our prior written consent.

08Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform — including but not limited to strategy names, logic, methodology, website design, text, graphics, reports, and the "Viksit Analyst" name and logo — is the property of Viksit Analyst or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of this Platform may be reproduced, distributed, or used to build a derivative or competing service without our prior written permission.

09Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Viksit Analyst, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — even where advised of the possibility of such damages. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viksit Analyst and its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

11Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where required to comply with applicable law or a broker/regulatory directive. You may terminate your use of the Platform at any time by cancelling your subscription as described in Section 5.

12Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Maharashtra, India.

13Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, our practices, or applicable law. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email where appropriate.
